If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate your return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, order date and personal information. Please include any invoices and receipts that you may have.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or paypal account. You will receive the credit within 2 business days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
All orders are shipped within 5 business days Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm excluding holidays.
We choose the following carriers to deliver our orders depending on your location:
UPS Surepost (for Domestic Orders Only)
We ship to anywhere in the world Russia. Please allow 1-4 weeks, based on where in the world you are, to receive your International Orders. Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, SCS Direct Inc reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
International Custom Fees
International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country’s (your country’s) customs agency. Unfortunately, we have nothing to do with these fees and are not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. To learn more about your country’s customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country’s customs agency. We are not responsible for these customs fees and cannot reimburse customers for any additional fees charged by your customs agency.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Your tracking number can be found by logging in at https://calcioevita.com/my-account.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Shipping costs is calculated prior to the final checkout page giving you a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item is purchased on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
